Money Basics
Money Basics is geared toward young adults ages 14-22, and covers various financial topics that are essential for a financially successful life. This class discusses credit cards, debit cards, credit reports and scores, financial implications of roommates, W-2, W-4, budgeting, tracking expenses, saving, investing, financial goals and more. This is a great opportunity to offer to your children or students.

Balancing Personal Finances

First Time Home Buyers Seminar
If you have not owned a home in the last three years, you qualify as a "first time home buyer." This pre-purchase information will help you shop for lenders, learn to budget for housing expenses, and discuss credit reports and scores. Participants will receive a certificate of completion recognized by many First Time Home Buyer programs throughout Orange County.

Foreclosure Prevention
This workshop will educate home owners who are behind in their mortgage payments, what happens in the foreclosure process and how to determine a plan of action for you to try to keep your home. Certified counselors will be available to answer questions and discuss your options.

Renters Rights and Responsibilities
The workshop addresses the rental process from inspecting the potential rental unit through the signing of the rental/lease agreement. Rental payments, security deposits, repairs, privacy issues, and the eviction process will be discussed.
